June Davis
FLINT TWP, MI- June was born on June 23, 1938, in Detroit, Michigan, and died peacefully after a long illness on February 11, 2025, in Flint Township, Michigan.
June grew up in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. June attended St. Clair Shores High School where she met her future husband, Peter Davis. After graduating from high school, June studied nursing at the Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing in Detroit. June later studied History and Archeology at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree. June also received a master’s degree in nursing from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan….

June was our Correspondence Secretary beyond the term limit as no one wanted the job and helped every year at the Book Sale, sorting books the week before. June attended the September meeting during the pandemic when we had to meet out on the Federation House front lawn to pick up our membership book and socialize.
